Welcome to the home of the MSU Guard.  The winterguard was a semi-finalist at the WGI World Championships in Dayton, Ohio in 2005, 2006, and 2007, and competes in Winterguard International and North Texas Colorguard Association activities.   The MSU winterguard has been actively competing since 1991, and is one of the few Independent A winterguards sponsored by a university music program.  

Auditions for the 2011 guard have taken place and the group is currently in rehearsals for the upcoming season. The 2011 program is entitiled "Banditry" and includes music by Meryn Cadell and from The Italian Job soundtrack.
